Mountain Brook Municipal Court

Prior to your court appearance date, you may opt to plead guilty and pay your minor traffic ticket at the prices set on the court's schedule of fines. Fines may be paid by mail or in person at the court office, provided a guilty plea is entered and payment is received in full prior to your court appearance date. If the fine is paid prior to the court date, a court appearance is not required. If you would like to schedule a payment plan you MUST APPEAR IN COURT on your court date to get set up on a plan.
